Our Return Policy
We will gladly accept and return any unused items within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The items must be in an unused condition and cues must not be chalked. Contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your shipment. Once the product is returned and approved a Full Refund or Exchange will be issued depending on what you would prefer.
Manufacturer Warranties
Cues that are covered by Limited and Lifetime Warranties are under the protection of the manufacturer and must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. We will gladly help with any issues that arise with our products and help you get the best service possible.

Information gathered by our website and staff is strictly used for shipping and billing purposes. We will never share, trade or sell any of your information.
Pricing Policy
The prices advertised on our site are subject to change. Most Manufacturers have set a price that must be met and with our constantly fluctuating Canadian Dollar, it is difficult to set a price that matches a US Dollar amount. If you have found a lower advertised price give us a call or send us an email and we will do our best to match or find you a better price for your equipment.
